Basic Income Guaranteed and Child Care – Day 323

Currently in this world, many parents, grandparents, guardians of children are worried about there child’s care either from a perspective that they can’t afford it and/or they have to leave them alone because they have to work. Not all cases are this, but there are many. Some children are not able to even see their mother or father for years on end, such as the Thailand workers working in chicken factories because their pay and work availability at the rice paddies is not enough to sustain them and travel home. So they are trapped living away from their childrens life because they can’t afford to be with them, many people in this current system are trapped due to increasing prices, increasing debt, increasing economic pressure in all arenas and the inequality that exist within all levels of the way we live life here on earth.

Suggested Documentary to watch:

The purpose of having a child is to bring them into this world and be with them to teach them how to live, how to use common sense, how to enjoy life, but how can people do this if they have to work constantly, not having any means of being able to be with the children for long periods of time. This is not the way life is suppose to be, run and determined by the amount of money you make, and make this money extremely competitive and hard to achieve a stability within.

And then we see more and more of the elite continue to gain more and more while the rest suffer and struggle to survive, actually making profit off the many who go without, bailing out trillion dollars of our own tax money to big banks, who did nothing to create a better world for all, and continue to give no support for the people that actually need it. Giving big business such as these corporate farms in the United Kingdom millions of dollars in subsidies, driving the smaller and more desperate for profit farms out of business because they can not compete as they do not get any subsidy money is creating a monopoly within the big money gainers in this world. The consequence of this is more suffer and die due to the outflows of not having money and resorting to desperate acts to get some or go without..

There needs to be a point of global assistance for all people born on this planet, not within a point of competition to get it, but within a point of unconditional giving.  This to allow the parents some leeway and space to raise their children, spend time with them, teach them, and have a breath to become aware of their child’s needs rather then constantly worried about money, bills, and work.

So what is being proposed within the equal life foundation is a point of unconditional support for those that are in need. This need will be assessed within a point of common sense and what will be best for all. So when a basic income guarantee is given, it will be given to give people an equal opportunity to a life of stability, stopping the struggle, stopping the late nights home to their children already asleep, stopping the endless grind to make it, and so giving people a sense of freedom and a ‘peace’ of mind so to speak. I mean there is enough and this is a point that we can walk towards a sustainable solution in time to come, if we as a society can implement this on a global scale and start making equality rather then inequality the way of life, then we can start to implement more freedoms and upliftment to society as a whole, to start to correct this way of life from decay to expansion. Basic income guarantee is a step forward to see the change we all want in this world so our children can be safe, cared for each one, and have parents that are there, supportive, and ready to guide them to the best potential they can be. This starts with money and it has to be equalized for all to see any change in this world, this is fact.

There is Always a Price to Pay, Basic Income Guarantee is a Step Forward– Day 322

When we say there will be a price to pay, what we are saying is that there will be a consequence for our actions, individually and globally. Unfortunately, we are not taught this in a direct and common sensical way within our youth, yes it is spoken, but it is hardly ever lived. We see the forest being cut down, the people starving in pictures, the women being stoned, the animals with there tusks cut off, over and over and over again we see the horror of this world, but we don’t have any real recognition that this is our consequence, this is real, and this is what we have to face sooner now more then ever. So we follow suit like everyone else in this world, no action, no plan, feeling powerless, and the consequence of these inactions currently is a decaying environment, destructive people, disregard for animal and plant life, and a ruthless existence. We have made the very life that is here, that we need to survive on this planet a commodity, to be harnessed, used, and sold for a piece of paper, no matter the consequential effects it will have on life as we know it and this not in a positive way.

Today, I have read some disturbing stories of consequence, the death of 37 million bees in Canada, “Shortly after 50,000 bees were found dead in an Oregon parking lot (read more here), a staggering 37 million bees have been found dead in Elmwood, Ontario, Canada. Dave Schuit, who runs a honey operation in Elmwood has lost 600 hives. He is pointing the finger at the insecticides known as neonicotinoids, which are manufactured by Bayer CropScience Inc. This also comes after a recent report released by the British Beekeepers Association (BBKA) that recorded its largest loss of honeybees ever.” (Source: http://www.collective-evolution.com/2013/07/01/over-30-million-bees-found-dead-in-elmwood-canada/)

Also, there was a story of a famous clothes brand in America, contaminating and destroying an Indonesia waterway due to their chemical dyes for clothes, “Gap’s latest advertising campaign declares that we should ‘Be Bright,’ but by collaborating with toxic suppliers Gap’s clothes are turning the Citarum into a multicoloured mess," says Ashov Birry, a toxic-free water campaigner for Greenpeace Southeast Asia, in a statement. "Gap and other big brands need to work with their suppliers in Indonesia and elsewhere to urgently eliminate all uses of hazardous chemicals from their supply chains and products before it is too late." (Source: http://www.ecouterre.com/gap-banana-republic-old-navy-linked-to-toxic-river-pollution-in-indonesia/greenpeace-river-pollution-west-java-2/?extend=1)

These two examples are just a few of the millions of stories we can gather of this simple principle of ‘do onto others as you would do to yourself’ not being followed, and yes, we currently live in this world and need to survive, buy stuff, and eat for instance, but the exponential abuse is due to exponential consumerism, we don’t need in anyway all the waste stuff we are creating and increasingly we are using more and more of the earths resources destructively to get them. We as the consumer are creating these very consequential outflows, that eventually will come to bite us in our asses. I mean it already has, if the bees dying off in the millions is not a huge red flag then I don’t know what is.

There are solutions here, please investigate the Equal LifeFoundation’s Bill of Rights and the Basic Income Guarantee, which will create the starting point platform for the change that is so desperately needed. This change is the change of our intent in this world from greed and profit to caring for others and supporting others equal to yourself, always considering the other equal to you. The point we have to get to is to understand and live an equality with life, with our environment, with the animals, with nature, with each other, and within this world system.  We are living in a closed system meaning if one suffer we all suffer, and  it will be a slow but certain point of death for us all if we don’t get a handle on what we are doing, what we are consuming, what we are taking, and who we are effecting. It’s a self process of realizing a stability within self and a will to direct self in what is best for all, this is based on and lived within equality and oneness. We have to change the within of ourselves to change the without of this world, it always start with who we are to determine what we will live. Study the links and comment with any questions or feedback, it’s time for a change and The basic income guarantee is a practical step forward.

Cultural Dissection - TV, Internet, Movies - Our Poisonous Past Time? - Day 320

One of the most common point of cultural influence we all have in common today is television watching, almost all of the households in America own at least one tv.  By the age of 18, these young adults will have watched over 16,000 tv commercials. In an average week for a child, they will have watched over 1,480 minutes of tv, that is over 24 hours of stationary tv viewing. (Source: http://www.statisticbrain.com/television-watching-statistics/) This shows you that tv watching is a big part of in this case the American lifestyle, and within the statistics above show the amount of influence the tv programs has on especially our children. The tv programs for instances are an indirect teacher within how we learn and understand our world around us through what we view on tv. In children's cases, they are learning with no prior reference or context to what they are viewing in many cases, and thus are more easily susceptible to misinformation of easily viewed mature content. Obviously, the child is looking and observing the other humans especially adults in how to live, how to behave, how to do things, ect, so we have a responsibility of course within this to make sure that what is being viewed and thus learned by youngsters is something worthwhile and what will support them to be the best they can be.

Unfortunately though, the majority of the tv, Internet, and movies have had quite the opposite influence on the young, we have created through these mediums more  competition within our kids and our world, more aggression, and more dysfunctional self image. And through repetitive messaging as is constant on the television ads for instance, we program into ourselves someone who are in need, unfulfilled, and flawed. So it’s a constant threat of survival being perpetuated through the media avenues and the only means of survival is through buying it, you will not be anything unless you can buy it. And who are the one’s that profit exponentially off this mania of the human consuming desire for fulfillment? The corporations of course, creating massive gaps between the rich and the poor and the poor is perpetuating the rich due the effectiveness of the media and manipulating the psyche of the human to believe we need things to be happy and fulfilled within ourselves.

Problem:

More and more children are being influenced by media outlets such as tv, video games, video pads, and computers as they are readily available and affordable for so many, Also, there is a paranoia of the parent of letting your child go outside with the conditions of this world being so consequential and dangerous these days, so they put them in front of the tv. Children are more and more using tv to entertain themselves, and what is it that they are viewing on the tv screens and Internet access and movies is nothing short of dumb down garbage, the crude sex, extreme violence, and pointless shows are not suited in a manner of supporting children to the utmost, but where children learned to be out of control and disregard others through constant views of competition and survival. Not to mention the Internet, where a child can find themselves in sites that are not even suitable for adults eyes in a very quick and easy manner.

I am looking at my own experience, as I was introduced to the ‘world’ so to speak through the tv, the sex scenes, the murders, drugs and alcohol, degradation of human life within words and actions, and many other extreme things on a constant and consistent basis on the television programming.  The sex and drugs and alcohol viewing was something that when I realized what it was all about through finally viewing enough tv and movies and speaking to other kids, I had to try it because I had seen it so much and it imprinted within me with emotions and feelings very intensely, that it was now an experience I must do to live it and see what it is like for real. This the effect the tv programming has on the person viewing it as you can even see within the words of how we call it ‘tv’ ‘program’, it is their in the words,  and it’s not that the programming in itself is bad, but it is what is being programmed within the viewer and if they are at will to it or it is in a controlling and manipulative way through the content of what they are showing as submissive or subconsciously integrated such as subliminal messaging in advertisement.

-As children take in multitudes of commercials, they learn to place worth in material possessions. As they grow, this materialism can contribute to discontentment, unhappy relationships and drug or alcohol abuse.

-In 2000, $2 billion was spent on advertising to children in America. By 2008, that figure had increased to $15 billion.

-Huston and colleagues have estimated that the average 18-year-old will have viewed 200,000 acts of violence on television (Huston, A.C., Donnerstein, E., Fairchild, H. et al. Big World, Small Screen: The Role of Television in American Society. Lincoln, NE: University of Nebraska Press, 1992.)

(Source: http://www.focusonthefamily.com/parenting/protecting_your_family/advertising-and-kids/statistics.aspx)

So tv and movies and internet allow too much access with no sense of responsibility to the viewer especially within age appropriate ranges without proper context and understanding, and also the point of value within what is being viewed is of a point of what is best, no, there is no sense of value to what we put on screens, it’s whatever will make money will be put on, and this has evolved to disturbing and ridiculous heights such as best selling shows like ‘keeping up with the kardashins’, ’16 and pregnant’, ‘swamppeople’, ‘jackass’, and many others. There are some shows that have quality within them, but still have these same elements of the limitation of our abilities within the human capacity that we can be at our best with direct awareness of what is going on through understanding and teaching these life skills through this medium as the tv or movies, but it does not happen. There shows that are irrelevant and based on human consumption and dysfunction in one way or another in most all the shows I have seen as of yet with degrading women for sex, obsession for sex, alcohol or drug abuse, and/or devolved behavior towards the capacity that we can be for instance. I suppose this is the mind of the human externally being viewed, so can be a gift to show us what needs changing, taken responsibility for, and corrected to live in the best way we as life can live if we dare.

And another huge industry is porn on the internet, where with a click of the mouse a 10 year old boy can view a guy degrading a women through sex in the most horrendous and abusive ways. The porn industry today being more lucrative then the Hollywood movie industry, and thus is evolved to be more raunchy and grotesque as this is what sells.  You can put yourself in the shoes of the child viewing this and see what influence this has on them, how it creates a distorted and warped view of sexual intimacy with another, and the extremely degrading of human as objects rather then the physical live beings they are. And of course it has a massive impact on children and how they view themselves and their relationships with others without any proper education or understanding of what and why these things are being done in these ways, but none the less it is seen over and over again as it easily becomes an addiction, and is imprinted and will form and build the child’s character into eventually an adult, and unfortunately usually a dysfunctional one at that.

Here are some statistics on the influence of children and access to porn on the internet:

· 9 out of 10 children aged between the ages of 8 and 16 have viewed pornography on the Internet, in most cases unintentionally (London School of Economics January 2002).

· Average age of first Internet exposure to pornography: 11 years old (Internet Filter Review).

· Largest consumer of Internet pornography: 12 - 17 year-old age group (various sources, as of 2007).

· Adult industry says traffic is 20-30% children (NRC Report 2002, 3.3).

· Youth with significant exposure to sexuality in the media were shown to be significantly more likely to have had intercourse at ages 14 to 16 (Report in Pediatrics, April, 2006).

· "Never before in the history of telecommunications media in the United States has so much indecent (and obscene) material been so easily accessible by so many minors in so many American homes with so few restrictions."
- U.S. Department of Justice, Post Hearing Memorandum of Points and Authorities, at l, ACLU v. Reno, 929 F. Supp. 824 (1996).

(Source: http://www.safefamilies.org/sfStats.php)

So there is no real action by the populous of this world to make sure that what is being viewed and learned through a child’s very impressionable primitive years is something of value and will support the child to be the best they can be as an adult. Education is imperative to be implemented especially in the child’s first seven years of their life where they are naturally integrating and learning mostly everything they come into contact with. So it starts at the family level, the parents, and what you will put in front of the child, will it be of value to them and there learning or will it be a point of using these media mediums to have time to yourself and allow the tube to program your child to be ineffective within the potential they can be.

Within this as well, we as a society have a responsibility to create the avenues and the change necessary to make sure that what is being viewed on the tv or internet or in a movie is something anyone can watch and is worthwhile in producing an effective human being, I mean, why do we waste time, money, and especially human potential with worthless things on something so influential as the media outlets we have in this world, when it could be used to educate and expand ourselves through these mediums to be what is best for all. Another point we have to address is our profit driven way of life, and us allowing and accepting it to control and dictate who we are going to be in limitation and inequality, this will take a system change and you can investigate equal money system, the equal life foundation, and the interim solution as the basic income grant for more on this.

Solution:

The solution to this problem of over stimulation of our children with ineffective tv and internet viewing is to first create a human being from childhood with the ability to take responsibility for themselves and correct themselves to care for others as they would like to be cared for as well. So through a process of writing in self honesty, which is found to be most effective, one can change the points where you see you are not effective within doing what is best. You can use this platform to find where you need changing and correction, and write out the self forgiveness to forgive yourself for the faults and then script the correction of yourself to change in your living. So we can become living examples for the children to come and in essence everyone we meet, to start on the path of creating a world where we are responsible and live from a point of caring for others and living to our full capacity within in equality and what is best for all. Investigate Desteni I Process Lite to get started.

From a more global perspective, we as our media and what we deem as entertainment, consumer products, and culture are to change drastically once life start to equalize itself and realize that we are already here and do not need to compete or be fulfilled. The production of things will be based on expression and creativity uninhibited by profit within an integrity of self because we have started on the path of self correction and thus the correction of our world, so the quality of our external living will be that of equal value to the quality of who we are within our internal living, descent, responsible, honorable, and self honest in an equal respect for all the life that live here.

Also, this will clean up all areas culture such as the entertainment and media outlets to be able to be viewed by all and understood by all to the benefit of them and their life, and to expand within what is viewed through creativity and common sense. Understand, it’s not that who we are in this world is bad or wrong, it’s just a point or a shift from dysfunctional living to functional living because the way it is now as dysfunction abuses people, life, and cause consequential outflows that are very serious and severe such as with porn and child sex slavery, rape, or molestation. Sex is a human function and part of the physical body processes, it’s a point of realizing this for oneself, understanding the functionality of it and how to live sexual expression in a way that supports the human as a physical being, and so stopping the mind from taking over and controlling the human completely in obsession and addiction, learning self control through self direction and discipline.

Reward:

The reward for correcting and purifying ourselves to a life of integrity lived within all areas of our life as media, culture, education, internet, social living, and thus taught to the generations to come will create a world of potential we can not imagine at this time. Where our children and ourselves are flourishing within who we are as creative beings and having the support and assistance within everything we encounter in our world and reality here and available for all’s use. Creating a support system within our whole living system here that is best for all and equal within all will create an absolute enjoyable place of paradise where no more fear or paranoia have to exist of survival or unfulfillment, and life can breath a big sigh of relief because we are alive, and can push life’s ability to new heights that we have as of yet not been able to explore, and these heights I am ready to explore, would you not agree?

The Happy Human and Our Superficial Escape – Day 317

So in my last blog I looked at the word superficiality on a more individual level, here I will be looking at the consequence of superficiality through the more global platform and the effect it has on nature, our environment, and ourselves. Superficiality by definition through dictionary.com means:

su·per·fi·cial
adj.
1. Of, affecting, or being on or near the surface: a superficial wound.
2. Concerned with or comprehending only what is apparent or obvious; shallow.
3. Apparent rather than actual or substantial: a superficial resemblance.
4. Trivial; insignificant:

We on a global level participate and thus agree on this capitalistic system, which is kept going based on the superficiality of the consumer, equaling the human, this is not good because there are innumerable amounts of death and suffering to humans, animals, and nature.  The superficiality of the human being only cares about there own self interest, and we can see this as evidence within our world through the continents of people suffering of starvation, hunger, extreme poverty, war, genocide, and many other atrocious acts of crimes against life that is all being done in front of our faces, but we don't want to do anything about it because we allow self interest or superficiality to distract us.

This is a willed action, we all know what is here, we all see the diminishment of our society, security, and living standards no matter what bracket of living you fall under, but those with money can use it to deny, look away, become distracted by superficial means and thus not have to change. We like to care more about celebrities then the children in this world suffering and dying on a day to day basis. This a top news story today on the DailyMail website, "'OMG, it's William and Harry!' Excited Royal fan is almost overcome after she snaps princes at charity polo match" with a picture of the two 'princes' smirking at the fan, and we as humanity like to say ‘we have evolved’ and ‘we are an intelligent race’, but given the true evidence of our actual world, the actual way in which all parts of society are living, it is the stark opposite. We are cruel, ignorant, and ruthless beings, and use the excuse of shallowness as superficial distractions to continue on our drive only to care about 'me'.

Superficiality in this world today is basically our consumerism market, the beauty image, the love image, the traveling image, the high tech image, the sexy image, the athletic image, the skinny image, the stylish image, all these images selling a feeling and experience that pulls on the human’s desire strings to think ‘oh, if I have those shoes then I will be sexy!’ or ‘oh, if I have that tennis racquet, I will be the best tennis player!’ or ‘oh, if I go to that place, I will be so peaceful’ or ‘oh, if I get that phone then I will be the coolest!’, where the marketing and advertising industries of this world deliberately create a desire for more within the viewer as they know that the human will fall for the experience rather then the actual fact of where this product is coming from, how in fact it is created, and what life it is effecting. (Recommend watch for Psychological Manipulation and Consumerism - The Century of the Self)

Thus through the guise of superficiality we are accepting and allowing ourselves to not care about the countless lives that are being effected because they have to slave to survive. Here we have the pope saying, "Living on 38 euros ($50) a month - that was the pay of these people who died (He is speaking about the recent factory collapse in Bangladesh), that is called slave labor. How many brothers and sisters in the world are in this situation because of these economic, social and political policies? Social, political and economic systems have made a choice that signifies exploiting the individual. Work is fundamental to the dignity of a person. I think of how many, and not just young people, are unemployed, many times due to a purely economic conception of society, which seeks selfish profit, beyond the parameters of social justice. " (Source: http://money.msn.com/now/post.aspx?post=1a685537-b674-462d-9189-21772d2f4be4)

So here within the pope's words, he is recognizing the fact that the slave labor in this world is obviously a crime against humanity, and he is also recognizing that the cause of slave labor in this world and reality is our global economic system and policies we have in place within the structure of the capitalism system of the premise of 'survival of the fittest'.  And so yes, I agree with him on these points - the slave labor in this world is unacceptable and the cause of this inequality is our money system, the problem where I am seeing is the superficiality of these words he speaks and thus he represents within the catholic church. The church claims to be the number one charity giver in the world, so thus the next obvious question is why have they not been leaders in this point of equal rights for all through a system change to be fair and make sure all are supported. The church alone has billions of dollars they have accumulated over the centuries and yet have made no significant change in the living conditions in this world, but actually stood to perpetuate the problem. If they where serious about this change, they would have realized the common sense in that charity as a solution is not working, and so would stand as a leader for what is being proposed by the equal money system. Ending slave labor and all violations to life is not rocket science, it takes common sense reasoning and practical real world problem solving to do, but to the superficial mind as human, it is not even a second thought.

So when looking at what you have and desiring more, and within this using excuses and justification within a superficial starting point, consider for a moment yourself in the other persons shoes, the person who has nothing and has to work in horrendous conditions and for inhuman hours, and see that we need a change, a solution that will bring about a real change and a world that is indeed best for all.

Here is some Facts to help you see what is here as slave labor conditions:

- In 2007, a case of crucifixes purchased by St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York were traced back to a factory in China where girls as young as 15 were forced to work up to 19-hour days, seven days a week to manufacture the religious items. Today, Christian items from bible covers to t-shirts are being made in factories which abuse and traffic workers.

- Slavery in the strawberry harvesting industry happens around the world. In one case in the U.S. last year, thirty Mexican workers were enslaved harvesting strawberries in Louisiana.

-In Malawi, 78,000 children, some as young as five, work 12-hour days to produce cigarettes
.
-Those Christmas decorations from Walmart? Twelve year olds working 100 hour weeks in China for less than half of even their paltry minimum wage!

-That shimmer in your eye shadow? It is a mineral called mica. Much of the world’s mica comes from India, where children as young as six labor long and hard for a single meal of rice. Their labor is what fuels the Western cosmetic industry.

-A 7-year-old boy works all day, every day, in a balloon factory in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. He and 19 other children work 12-hour days, 7 days a week, for about $2.14 per week.
(Fact Source: http://fightslaverynow.wordpress.com/why-fight-there-are-27-million-reasons/labortrafficking/products-of-slave-labor/)

Documentaries on effects of Consumerism and Superficiality I suggest to view:

Solution:

The solution for this point of using superficiality to hide away or escape the collective consequence we have created here of abuse to all areas of life in this world is to first on a self individual level - walk a process of self purification through self introspection, self understanding, self forgiveness, and self correction within a point of writing and changing oneself (For support with this process of change, please check out Desteni I Process - Lite Course) This to stop only seeing what money can buy me, but to see reality for how it really is, how it is being lived by every being who brought that product into creation, and support the change that is needed for this to end, you can start by investigating the Equal Money System and the Equal Life Foundation. This Equal Life outcome if all take responsibility for themselves and change to be a person that respect all others equal to self, then we can start making this reality a real substantial place of integrity and thus opportunity for real growth in self expression and freedom for all.

This self responsibility will have to be incorporated on all levels of our system so through the business sector as well, where the corporations and businesses will have to purify themselves and live from principles of equality of life, bringing back the balance of what they take they must give back in equitable measure and making sure that all the life they touch is considered. This to ensure the continuation of all life and the respect and care that is needed within this delicate dance that nature and the inhabitants among her must learn to balance and walk this within what is best for all always.
So we must take care of those who are now seen as the ‘have not’s’, and so be there voice until life is restored back to it's natural order equal and one.

Reward:

When life becomes balanced and life is seen for the purpose within itself as self expression instead of the desire for a point of self interest, life will then become natural meaning we will be aligned with nature = life and that is the highest gift we can give ourselves, and so once lived we will live in joy. And thus the obvious reward for a life were all live in equality with life/nature and so consider everyone the same as yourself, we will have real lasting peace, a place to really take a deep breath and feel secure, feel safe, and feel stable where ever our feet are placed on this earth. Peace within life is what is the reward of living equal with all life, and as a guy said to me today, 'we all want peace', yes, but we must live it. Join us @equalmoney and @equallifefoundation.
