Solitary Confinement – The Ills of Our Creation - Day 479

I listened to the interview by Sunette on the horrors of what happens when someone is locked away in solitary confinement, how the mind activates and becomes accentuated because there is no other stimulus beside yourself and so in essence what one is thinking. I can relate to the way in which the person spoke in this interview in realizing the tremendous confusion and fear that can be created within one’s mind especially if there is no help or support within one’s reach. I of course can’t relate completely as I have never been in solitary confinement, but within my own mind and where I have been at my lowest, I can only imagine how bad it can be.

The mind can create really any scenario if one allows themselves to participate within the thoughts, for example, the thought of believing oneself to be dirty. In one’s mind, they see dirt on their skin, the clean it off, but still the thoughts come that they are dirty, so they see dirt and bacteria and microscopic bugs all over their skin, to everyone else around them it is clean skin, normal looking, nothing dirty to be seen. Inside the person having this ‘delusion’ the dirt is there, they can feel it, they can even see it, so they scrub their skin, the scrub and scrub and scrub until they make themselves bleed. The mind can if one is not grounded in reality by living and walking with activities and living beings here each moment, get lost as the mind can take one to more and more dimensions, deeper and more complex, this is what it lives off of, it is feeding off the energy these thoughts are creating. We all in some degree or another can relate to the scenario of the mind taking us places that is so out of this world and not where we wanted to go or exist within, but it feels as though there is no way out, this is all there is. But this is not all there is, there is life beyond the mind and this life exist within all living beings on this planet. There are tools to support one to go from the mind dimensions to physical reality grounded in what is real. This process along with the tools to bring one to self awareness is being walked by the desteni I process, so it is possible to direct one’s mind, free oneself from these mind constructs of illusion that can be created, and move into a stability within one’s living through directing oneself in one’s world and reality. The tools are here and it’s being walked by many.

In a world that is best for all, which is my starting point always, solitary confinement is a scenario which is unnecessary and rather abusive and unhealthy. The person who ends up in such a scenario is not benefiting or having any chance of rehabilitation within such conditions as even though the did harm onto others to get in that position, the act of forgiveness and self change should be available to all who are willing. Though I agree that a rehabilitation process should for sure be enacted with restraints dependent on the state of the delusion one is in to ensure the safety of others as well as themselves, this to be determined and understood with more real time feedback when a new system is in place that cares for life equally, which is the only scenario where the starting point of what is best for all is able to be fulfilled. Though I don’t see solitary confinement as a solution as it leaves the person in their own delusions and without any tools or support, it is creating more consequence within the person and within the environment they will end up in eventually or will cause death which should also be avoided as best as possible.

The structure of the prison system in general is a barbaric one where we lock people away as a point of out of sight out of mind, not recognizing or taking responsibility as a whole for why the person is there in the first place and having any care for the forgiveness and change that is possible for each one that is willing. The option and process should always be available to all to walk, where the facilitation of each person in prison or not should have access to, and support to learn and understand who they are as life and that the potential for the highest expression exist within all in the living principles of self honesty, self forgiveness, self change, and living what is best for all. Solitary confinement has no purpose in this regard, but to lock away a ‘problem’ that we in the end are all responsible for and in reality are equal and one with. We must stop locking our problems away, but face them, forgive them, and change ourselves to create solutions so we can change this world from a prison planet to the potential that exist here where all are living within a way that is self honest and best for all life in all ways.

"What Comes Next?": The Next System - LIG – Day 454

I read an article tonight that was found on one of my feeds on facebook I am subscribed to and it was in relation to people discussing what will be next as a new system that will step forth once this broken system falls. And yes of course this system currently existing is going to fall because it’s made from abuse and devaluing the very principles that creates our life, life itself, which is equally valued within all things that exist thus we are actually destroying ourselves. This principle is an absolute point and I found it was a necessary point to realize and start to understand for myself because this will require a process of re-birth not only to be ready to walk a new system but also to walk a new self.

We as human beings see the destruction we have created on this planet, and we all, each and everyone of us has participated within the destruction of this world, we can see it in our actions in everyday life and most importantly in the way in which we think about life as our day to day existence. There is nothing fantastic or beautiful within what goes on in our thinking day to day, I can only speak for myself of course, though even walking this process for years, I can see how much my mind is influencing and creating myself as destructive and abusive. Now within this, I realize also that this part of who I am as the mind is in need of a complete and utter re-structuring of who I am as a being of life. Re-defining, word by word, step by step, with all the ups and downs this will take, what this is for myself and who I am within it.

Time for practical purposes is a cool form of measure to have a gauge for ourselves in what is needed to be done and at what intensity/focus/speed.  I mean for instance, like the article I recently read where 6000 acres of old growth forest was going to be sold and decimated for profit of a few, this would be an area were immediate action is needing to be taken, now there is groups and activists that’ll protest and push back which is a band-aid solution and obviously not enough. This because the very fact that we want to destroy the very physical living existence that is allowing us to breath is really the insane part as it makes completely no sense. We kill the trees, we kill our breath of life. We kill ourselves in both instances equal and one, so see this makes no sense. And so what is needed along with these priority points that are occurring in physical reality, there is many critical ones at the moment, but along with this physical point of solutions we need to walk as a new system, we also have to create a new system to operate within ourselves. A new self system that is re-programmed to be that all actions be what is best for all and this is walked through tools that many at this time are walking and have been walking for years.

 

There is a free course designed to support with anyone ready to embark in taking this venture into re-programming self’s operating system to be best for all, and it’s all done in a very wholesome and self determined way. Each one has to decide for themselves and walk this, though there is a network of support within this group walking this as well that will be able and willing to support as we have been supported as well.

We as the desteni group have already started to look at solution oriented ways to support the change necessary for a new system as well as a new way of life. This is being walked in the Living Income Guarantee proposals set forth by the Equal Life foundation, it’s a setting off point with specific policies in place to help understand and become aware of what a new system that will be based on what is best for all look like. We propose a living income for all those in need of it to allow all access to decency in life and a stable environment to live with family and community through funding allocated to support this. We propose ways and means for job creation that will support with building the infrastructure and details that’ll be needed to create a symmetric and well functioning society that allows ease of movement as well as freedom to express oneself. There will be so much to create, design, and re-form, though there is already plenty of ideas and concepts and creations out there that will support and facilitate the growth of a new system that is more designed for the betterment of all. This is lived within principles that are visibly seen day in and day out through and by we as humans living them equal and one to life here. We are the solutions we wish to see in this world, we must be educated, grounded, practically oriented, and solution

oriented in what is best for all through self honest self direction if we want to see a new system in fact emerge. And as the saying goes the old must go for the new to emerge.

This will be a process though it takes but a step to move things forward, let’s stay consistent, self disciplined, and self lived to live, breath, and remain what is best for all life always.

What will it take to Co-Exist in this World? – Day 353

I just read an article about the point of party division within America, basically saying that there are two Americas within the America we all know, and they cannot co-exist together. This being expressed through the identification of the ‘red’ states and ‘blue’ states, the republicans and the democrats we so easily conform too especially come election season. But is this actually so? Are we as a country of human beings and for that matter a world of human beings really not able to co-exist? I realize that this saying is said half-heartedly so to speak, but if you have a look at our words specifically here this is indeed what is happening, we are divided and not able to functionally co-exist as many are struggling to survive.

And so here it’s an important point to consider and realize that the words we speak creates our lives, our society, our cultures, our politics, our relationships, and so our reality as the words we speak will eventually become who we are cause our life is created by our words, no? If you observe yourself in this context over time you will see how true this really is. So it is important I have found to be very specific and direct within the words I speak because I want to be the most effective person I can be to help solve problems and so I realize I have to be specific and equally as effective within the words I speak as this will be who I will be and live as. As we can see with this saying, ‘we have two Americas and they cannot co-exist’, we are actually saying, ‘we have this land and we are currently living on it together not effectively, where our system of living creates division and thus suffering for the many rather then an existence of enjoyment for all’, so we can see within this we are not living one of the fundamental truth's and principles of life as to ‘love thy neighbor as ourselves’ as our current words we are speaking is not living this fundamental principle in fact, and so I am asking the question here, why not and so how to change this?

This is not lived based on a key acceptance and that is currently the media is controlled by money and power, and so has an agenda where they only focus on these issues being publicized, which is fueling this division we are seeing in our system as indicated above in the article. What many have not realized is that we are actually being energized through the mind on these issues and fighting for 'our' right, but not realizing that in the end 'our' right will always create a winner and thus many losers in this case. Focusing on issues such as the pro-life or pro-choice debate, big government vs. small government, gay rights, pro-guns vs. against guns, these issues being impossible to create unity within because they are based on what people THINK (mind based) about it rather then actually looking at what it will take to create unity in physical reality (real life conditions based), the practical steps to create this solution of the co-existence of all direct and within physical considerations.

What I want to point out is that what will create an environment for co-existing within this world is grounding ourselves to create the conditions necessary to live in decency through practical and common sense solutions that will be best for all. Putting aside beliefs and how you think people should live, and only solely basing our co-existing on the physical conditions necessary to live in this world. Because yes, there are going to be some things in this world that you may not agree with, but this will have to eventually within yourself as well as the whole be investigated and researched to consider is this a point that will support everyone physically and if not why am I holding on to it and what do I want to gain from this? Also, an important factor that must be taken into consideration is the origin point and core points to why we as humans do certain things that cause a division within life, what is it that makes one look only at self rather then considering the whole, which will in turn support oneself always anyway, and are you willing to give up your beliefs for instance to create a place where all can co-exist in this physical world and thus where we create a world of peace. These will be trying times within this development and growth of us as humanity individually speaking and as a whole because we can't keep existing this way as we are destroying the earth. So we have to literally move ourselves to take responsibility, to change ourselves to unity in the principles that will be best for all or we will end as our time here on earth is not infinite within this physical reality without consideration of this fact of 'we are all physically here' in all its outflows and consequences. It is this critical.

So basically my point here is that if we create our communities and the support for the people within these communities from a foundation of what is physically necessary to live, what physical matters in life, then we can start to build ourselves through our words, communication, and relationship to be a foundation of support, assistance, care, and decency to create a life for all that is indeed best and fulfills the principle of life of 'love thy neighbor as thyself' seeing self and all as equals essentially. So we can really examine and correct these points that create divisions in our lives to re-evaluate what it will take to create an effective human being and so an effective living system in this world. All these considerations of what physically matters in creating a world that is best for all through our living system is overdue, it’s definitely about time as we see the world around us through the human beings living is crumbling slowly, but surely.

Greed and self interest will have to be transcended as well because there is enough in this world and we are in fact equal as life, we just have to learn to live this, share and care for and with each other, the same as what I tell my three year old niece, 'share and care with everyone'.  We have to learn to become like children, back to innocences as they don’t see lines, division, beliefs, or ideas, but the physical world they are aligned within through their physical bodies, like they are one with it and expressing purely as it. Quite magnificent indeed to observe and our living example and truth of who we can be and are in fact if we just live it. These solutions and more of how to live in the physical and co-exist are being developed and proposed within the Living Income Guarantee through the Equal Life Foundation.

Day 23- Walking as an Abuser due to Greed

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to have the abuse of life exist within this world.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to accept the abuse of life as I accept the abuse within myself.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to exist within and as abuse as I exist as an abusive person to others through my actions as desiring more.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to exist within a system in this world that allow the abuse to those who are vulnerable.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to exist with a system in place that accept some to have the ability to live in comfort and some to live in suffering due to the fact that they live with no money.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to have a system exist where life is determined within living or dying based on the support as money that is available, and thus I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to exist within a system that cause abuse to life due to the fact that the means of living in this world is scarce and only given to a few where I accept and allow those to go without in a deliberate point of abuse and suffering because I realize there is enough, but I don't want to share.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to desire more then another as a want were within society this perpetuates the greed and hoarding of the resources in this world that is here for all to only be given to those who desire to have more only for themselves.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not share with my fellow life beings unconditionally as I see not doing this is not doing it for myself so thus I am only sabotaging myself here, when I realize and see there is enough for all to live in dignity.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to exist within and as greed in my attempt to get what I want because I desire it and have the idea that I need it even in the face of the suffering in this world that go without as I go with more then my fair share.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to exist within need and desire as illusions of the mind and allow this to direct me to have more then my fair share. I stop this point of illusion as need and desire and give to all as I would want for myself.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to be stingy and greedy in not sharing the resources that are here with all life as myself as I do realize that the life here is one with me thus feel the suffering and ill effects that I feel when I go without resources which is not even for a short moment.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting to exist within and as a point of desire to have a reward for who I am here and thus seek this reward through the stuff that is here within desire for myself to be happy.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to desire happiness from points outside me as a reward for what I do instead living within and as each moment and living happiness as myself in the very life that I am living as I realize it is a gift.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to desire more then my fair share so I can get more and more of this nice feeling as I attain more and more stuff, this I realize is not real because this feeling only lasts as long as the moment I get the thing initially, then it runs out and I am left empty.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting to exist within this point of desire and reward for my own happiness feeling within myself, but realizing I am only cycling through the feelings and emotions of happiness and depression due to the outside point as a reward which makes me happy for a moment.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to exist within points of desire and thus allow points of depression based on living from separation and defining my happiness on something outside of myself which I realize will always be fleeting.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to exist within polarity play outs of happiness/depression by separating myself from myself here in who I am within living to desires and wants which come from my mind which shows I am not here living but in my mind somewhere.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to separate myself here within living as I realize I must accept myself here to truly have fulfillment and give to all as I would want for myself to truly be happy here as who I am.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to separate myself from life and cause abuse.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to abuse life.

When and as this point of desire to have more, I stop, breath, and let the desire go, I walk in all points in my world one and equal with all and thus share myself and all I have equal and one to all as I would for myself. I stop greediness and stop abusing life within separating myself into feelings as happiness.

I commit to stop greediness and the desire for more within and as my living and I commit to share all I have freely with all in my world as what is here is for all and I give as I would like to receive.

I commit to stopping separating myself from others and thus walk solutions in this world that will indeed support all life here through walking the principles of oneness and equality as who I am to a new system that is best for all and in self truth as I walk this as myself so all can live and the abuse will stop forevermore because all are in support one with me and equal in all ways.
