It's So Easy to React, Isn't It? But to Give is to Receive, no? - Day 588

Today I had a moment where I realized how much I have been allowing myself to react to my reality, react to the people in it, react to the noises, the hiccups, the interruptions, the pace, there is reactions everywhere, this is because it has become so easy to just react, release the built-up energy, and give into the experience of what it is I am facing in a way of self compromise and self insecurity. There is the motion of it, there is no effort, it comes, I live into the reaction, boom I am the reaction, and then I start creating myself into that reaction. The havoc that is lived out from the moment I decided to live into the reaction is unpredictable in it's scope and measure, once the energy has died out and I have 'calmed' down from the events playing out, I go into guilt, shame, and regret for what I had just participated in.

And then the cycle repeats, and one creates another round of emotional havoc on the body and in one's environment, potentially causing irreversible damage and consequence, which creates the spiraling into guilt, shame, and regret once again. The only point that I have found that has led me to ignore or forget the inevitable pattern of abuse I live out when I live into reactions is space and time, it moves slower and we have allowed the forgetfulness of our past to become part of who we are, who we have become, but how can we actually forgot something we have created in this reality? We must know deep down that this never goes away, who we are is recorded in our flesh and so we will face who have become in this life and if necessary the next. Though we are the creators so we can 'pretend' and so live as the 'I have forgotten my own abusive behavior' pattern, which will cycle the repeated pattern of abuse I continually accept and allow as my creation here in this life/reality and our home, it repeat and repeat until we stop, until we say no more, and we actually live the change to be a better version as self. Understand this is a self process, no one else, but self, so get in tune with who you are, your inner voice, the voice of life that is you, cherish that as that will be your guide in self-honesty, your beingness essentially is what I see it as for now.

What is different and empowering about the Desteni process that I have yet to find in other sources is the actual understanding and living of the knowledge of how to be a better human being in this world, who supports and nurtures all life equal and one to one's own life, how to physically, actually figure this out and do it. The step by steps are laid out in this site along with the other networks associated with desteni, those who are willing and ready to walk this jounrey will do so, nothing will stand in life's way in this regard. The question always comes back to self in who am I? Who are you? That is the question indeed. So one can indeed then implement and commit to the path of life, what is best for all as oneself by practicing the principles of self honesty, self forgiveness, self introspection, and self commitment, actually apply this, live it, and not give up until you have gotten it, it is all here, as the question is asked, the anwser will appear. This has been extremely true in my process, life is a gift, an adventure, and fun along with the reality always that it is in need of immediate change into equal life for all, never losing sight of this point until it is here and self is as one and equal with all.

These principles or living words that is here and taught/practiced in the desteni process and on eqafe intersect and split apart the cyclical patterns of abuse that I have accepted and allowed to playout in my life, it creates a 'remembrance' of who one is in one's action in the past because self was present in those moments, getting a grip and understanding of who one is, why one is, where one needs to go to be a better version, and the steps are walked step by step to become and emerge as the better version you saw the potential you could be, this is seen in the self forgiveness and self-commitment statements. This is the path to life, eternal life, and a world that is best for all, it's in the individual into the the collective equal and one as self.

It is easy to live into energy, live into the reactions, live into the mind, but this is only because we have made it a habit, it's become ingrained, and thus can be undone and how about we make our habits where I as self-support myself to be the best I can be as me as my every breath in my everyday life and we all do this? Where the better version of ourselves where those who seek help and support from are here, willing, able, and educated on how to be of support to stand as an example as the best possible potential one can be, and so one becomes a teacher and a leader in this regard of what one themselves have mastered in the principles of life, being an example of what is possible and what we erroneously allowed ourselves to forget, we are the gift, we are life. To be a master, one has to walk 10000 steps or do 10000 hours of a task. Are you willing to start this journey? Are you on your way? I can tell you all the steps in the world are worth more than any path of least resistance in giving into reaction, creating harm, and being the lesser version of a being you know you can be.

How about our habit is to give life and thus receive it equally so? Live the words 'give' first, and so receive without want as you are creating it within the act of giving itself, it is a beautiful thing and creates real beauty in this life. This journey I am eternally grateful for especially for all those who have come before to stand in my stead as I give to myself the ability to stand and do what is best in self honesty, self forgiveness, and living my change for all life to be one and equal until it's done and so do this for others as I have been given.

The Principle of What is Best for All - Day 572

For the next half a dozen blogs I will be walking through and sharing my realizations and awareness on the THE DESTENI OF LIVING - DECLARATION OF PRINCIPLES written out on the desteni site and what I have been practicing in my living to embody and become these specific principles as who I am. The first principle I will be discussing is the principle of what is best for all, here is a how it is described from the above document:

"Guiding myself in thought, word and deed to always, in all ways, direct all things to the best possible outcome for all.

Taking into consideration the effects of my thoughts, words and deeds on the world around me (people, plants, animals, environment) and ensuring that the thoughts, words and deeds I am living honour the best potential of myself and all of life on Earth, to the best of my ability.

Standing unconditionally in the shoes of all people and all things, and being able to at the end of the day say that I have fully considered all within the context of creating the best possible outcome for everyone and everything – that I have honored and considered them in the way that I would like to be honored and considered."

I also suggest reading Bernards Poolmans blog on this principle with his sharing of self-forgiveness and self-commitment statements, I myself found this blog very impactful and supportive for context and understanding to live this way for myself.

I have found this principle of 'doing what is best for all' is an intrinsic understanding and awareness I have had ever since I can remember, did I always act on it and make it part of my actions, words, and thoughts, no, though underneath the self interest or words of harm I unleashed onto another person say, there was always an awareness that there was a better way to walk that, I could have done better, I could have done more, but I didn't.

Another point I have found within incorporating and making the principle of doing what is best for all part of my moment to moment living is that it is rather simplistic in its understanding on how to do it, what to do to live what is best for all, and I found the solutions are intrinsically again within self. To do what is best for all is to do what would be best for you, letting go of all of the desires, needs, wants, and self-interest, and first putting others into consideration in all ways in a given moment one can see and living that before considering what self would want or do, and then in that way self will also be taken care of because what you'd do best for others is what you'd do best for yourself. Putting others first ensures that everyone is always taken care of, considered, and so this equally will support self as well. This is simple common sense.

As one start to practice this in one's living, one will very quickly find out how one's mind and self-interest and greed and all the behaviors of ourselves that is not best for all start to become very prevalent. The thoughts become active to be in service of self, do what is best for self, forget about others it's too much work, it's too hard, I am not good enough, I don't have the tools, I this, I that, and the list will go on. Also, the physical experiences will come, the apathy, the resistance, the excuses, the justifications because self has always accepted and allowed this way of living to supersede what is best for all. When one start to investigate why this is occurring, one will see many different moments that contributed, many thought patterns that are possessing and promoting behavior that is self-interested base, and so the worst of self is lived out rather than the best.

So this process at desteni I am walking is the process of self-change to indeed be able to live what is best for all, building the resolve and stamina slowly but surely through at will changing oneself over time to do what once seemed impossible, and through time and consistent effort you indeed start to make the 'impossible' the 'i am possible'. The world starts to become more understood, order and stability start to be developed and experienced within self, and one is able to direct oneself in one's living through living by principles such as this one, to do what is best for all.

There will certainly be challenges, falls, and complications, though each time one does what is best for all, which is getting back up, understanding what happens and what to change, and then changing self to live what is best for all. Living also the principle of never giving up no matter what to change self and do what is best for all. This is based on the understanding that it'll eventually create a world that is best for all through and through which is the world we all want to live and have been yearning for. Understand it will not be handed to us, we have to create within for it to be created into our world. It starts with self always and who self is.

The decision is key in this equation and principle of doing what is best for all, and this is the most empowering position for self to be in because only you can decide who you are and thus you have all the power to do whatever it is you decide, you most certainly can choose to live what is best and so live it. It takes action and will and through the tools of self-forgiveness and self-correction, the alignments in one's living will be created to in fact do what is best for all in one's living in this reality.

This makes for a human being who has integrity, who can be trusted with all life and ensure what is best is lived out, and so becomes powerful as one is full of one's self-empowerment within the alignment of life here in all facets and capabilities through this principle of living what is best for all. It's a simple way of living, though it is a process to walk as I myself have found as I started my journey with this 10 years ago, though I walk with no regrets and am proud of the being I have become. Much more to understand and develop within myself while this principle in living action will guide self through, like a beacon in a storm, it'll show you the way one just have to walk it and in fact live it, it's as simple as that.

Realizing and Living My Utmost Potential - Day 416

"1. Realizing and living my utmost potential" - writing from The Desteni of Living - My Declaration of Principle

When I look at this commitment principle within myself, I see a decision that I have to make in each moment, meaning to become and live the utmost potential within a moment will take a physical movement within me, it will not come automatically. Realizing and living my utmost potential is something that I see happens over time and happens in a progression of moments, events, and/or living experiences. But the key factor within this is who I am and what I will do with the moments that are here. This principle is able to be embodied as myself in every breath I take if I so decide it, this is the fulfillment I would say of this principle, living and embodying the expression of self of fully doing the best one is able to do in each moment to the best of their ability.

Another factor comes up within me as I look at this and it’s the point of knowing when I have reached my utmost potential, and within this I would say that the serving of others within living in the best way I am able to in each moment that is here is serving myself and so all others equally in benefit. Fulfilling this within the action of doing the best I am able to in the moment, giving as I would like to receive is a factor to also embodied when fulfilling one’s utmost potential. I have found that when I give of myself to support and assist others and do the best I am able to then I am satisfied within myself, there is a point of stability and calmness within understanding that I gave it my all and I supported and assisted others in the venture I just undertook.

I have found in the moments when I am not living within my utmost potential, there is a point of uncomfortableness within me, like a stirring or a restlessness within me that I can see, realize, and understand that I have not fulfilled this principle within me and that I did not support others as I would for myself.  So within the living of this principle of living my utmost, I can flag point this uncomfortable experience within me to support myself to see that I am not walking in the direction of self support and so supporting others, but compromising myself.

There will always be a decision, a decision to direct myself within walking my utmost potential in each moment or not walking this and so giving in to self interest. Self interest where you are not supporting others as you would want for yourself and not doing your best within the actions you are living, including expanding and growing to new points within who you would ever think yourself to be. This is a process of living and investigating oneself because we have never really had a clear understanding of ourselves within who we really are, what we are really capable of, and really pushing our limits and boundaries in a principled and best for all life way. Though, I realize this principle (as well as the other's within this declaration) stands throughout and will always stand as a support for self to walk towards and so embody my utmost potential and giving as I would like to receive until it no longer is a process, and I am always living this here breath by breath as I walk.

More to come in the next blogs. Thanks for reading.
